Welcome back Kati! Hope you're enjoying your Dallas-like weather lately! We've had the mid-90's temps for about the last 3 weeks. No ocean here, but, it sure is nice to be able step out the back door and into the pool. Enjoy your summer; I'm looking forward to being back on the Island in October.
Thanks Tom. You are right about the Dallas-like weather...it was insanely hot AND humid yesterday. I was sweating just standing still outside! I am jealous of your pool... Hope you enjoy your summer, too!
I am HERE in Ocracoke, enjoying my vacation, heat and all. We are camping at the National Park campground and taking afternoon refuge at the Library.
