Love your blog !!!! Would you tell me what pony potatoes are? We've eaten there many times, but
don't remember "pony potatoes".

Thanks Pat!
Pony Potatoes are only available at breakfast, so if you've only eaten there for lunch or dinner, that may be why you've missed them. They are hash browns (the cubed/diced potato kind, not the shredded ones), with melted cheese, salsa and sour cream. They are warm and gooey and yummy...definitely comfort food!
