Today is the first day of the second half of 2009. It takes about a month to solidify a new habit. What the heck do these two facts have to do with one another?
Well, I was thinking a couple of nights ago that if I spent the rest of the year developing one new (good!) habit per month, I would have added six positive things to my life by the end of 2009. I'm working on my list of six now, to decide what I want to do. If you like the idea, maybe you can do it, too.
